Orange kheer
Orange is known to have several health benefits and is among the most popular fruits around the world.Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C.Vitamin C, which is also vital for the proper function of a healthy immune system. Maintaining a low sodium intake is essential to lowering blood pressure, however increasing potassium intake may be just as important because of its vasodilation effects.
Oranges can be had not only as a fruit but also as a major recipe ingredient in various dishes. Today I make one of them recipe is called Orange Kheer. It's very delicious dish and you can also eat in fast.
Ingredients:
4 cup full cream milk
1 cup orange segment (3 or 4 orange)
1/3 cup sugar or according to your taste
1/2 tsp saffron
Dry fruit for garnish
Recipe:
In a small bowl put 2 tbsp hot milk and saffron, keep aside.
heat a pan add milk and get to a boil till milk reduces to one-third after that add sugar and saffron milk mix and boil it 2 min.
Now switch off the flame and cool it to room temperature.
Now add orange segments and garnish with some dry fruits.
If you want more tasty put in freeze for 4 hour and serve it.
