Mango Coconut Ladoo
Mango coconut ladoo recipe
at home is very simple easy and quick. It is made with a combination of three
of my favorite ingredients – mango sugar and coconut powder. Mango
Coconut Ladoo tastes completely
different from the regular laddoos. It is very yummy and delicious ladoo.
Ingredients:
1 cup
coconut powder
1/2 cup
mango purée
1/2 cup
sugar
You can
choose according to your taste
1 tbsp
ghee
1 tsp
cardamom powder
Recipe:
In a pan take ghee and roast desiccated coconut
powder until you get the fragrance.
In another pan take mango pulp and mix well after
that you add sugar and stir until mixture become thick.
Add coconut powder in mango mixture and mix well
until you get thick dough after that add cardamom powder.
Turn off the flame and cool down.
Take a small portion of dough on your palm and make
a ladoo.
Take coconut powder on a plate and roll the ladoo
on it.
If you want you can garnish with dry fruit.
