Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cup plain flour1 tsp baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Wet ingredients:
1 cup mango puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil/ butter
2 tbsp. yogurt
2 tbsp. milk
Pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Preheat oven at 180 c for 10 min.
- In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well keep aside
- In a another bowl mix all wet ingredients firstly mango puree and sugar mix well using a blender then add oil milk and yogurt.
- Add dry mixture in the wet mixture until become a smooth mixture.
- Now batter for muffins is ready.
- Pour the mixture into the muffins cups put some pistachios for garnish.
- Put them in preheat oven bake 15 to 20 min.
