Lehsuni Palak/Spinach garlic
Spinach is also an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2.
In this recipe garlic cooked with garlic and spices Recipe of lahsuni palak at home and eat with naan and any type of bread or rice. This is very quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Spinach
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cumin Seeds
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp salt or as a taste
1 cup water
1 tsp garam Masala
1 tbsp yogurt
Tempering:-
1 tbsp. Ghee
3 red chillies
4 cloves of Garlic small chopped
1/2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
Recipe:
Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 1-2 minute. Remove from heat and put in ice cold water.
Squeeze excess water and blend to a fine puree, if need water then you can add and stir till boiled.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion and garlic and cook until they are lightly golden in colour. Cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add the blanched spinach puree, 1/2 cup water and mix well, cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minute.
Now add yogurt, garam masala and salt, mix well after 1 minute switch off the flame
Heat a pan ghee and add cumin seeds, red chillies, garlic and let it cook until garlic turns lightly golden brown in colour. Add sesame seeds and pour over the cooked Lehsuni Palak.
