2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup Luke warm water
Mix Oregano
Recipe:
Heat a small non-stick frying pan with a medium heat
and add 2 tbsp oil, once the oil get´s hot add onions and garlic and cook them
between 7 to 8 minutes stirring occasionally, until the onions get a light
golden color, then turn off the heat and set aside.
In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar,
mix all the dry ingredients together, then add 2 tbsp oil, 2/3 cup of water and
the onion and garlic mixture and mix everything together until you form a

ball of dough into 4 quarters to end up with 8 evenly sized pieces of dough and
shape each one into a ball.
Add the balls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper,
lightly press down on each ball of dough to give it a circular shape, the
thickness of each dough should be 1/2 inch thick, brush the tops of each dough
with a kiss of extra virgin Spanish olive oil, lightly season with sea salt and
sprinkle with some dried oregano.
Add the baking tray to a pre-heated oven, bake and broil option,
190 C - 375 F between 23-25 minutes, then take the rolls out of the oven and
transfer them to a wire rack, cool for 5 minutes and serve.
