Carrot Muffins
Carrots are more than a tasty addition to almost any dish.
They are also good for your body’s overall health, especially that of the skin,
eyes, digestive system.
This recipe is very easy and quick to make. These muffins
are most delicious and healthy.
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup oil or butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp milk
Dry fruit for garnish
Recipe:
Preheat oven at 200 degree and grease and dust the tin.
In a mixing bowl, Add yogurt and sugar mix well after add baking powder and baking soda mix well 2 min and keep for 5 min.
Add oil in yogurt mixture, mix gently after that add grated carrot.
Now mix flour with cinnamon powder mix well now adding the milk and mix it.
Lastly add lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the mixture in 12 medium muffins cup and garnish with dry fruit.
Put some walnut on the mixture.
Baked in preheat oven at 180 degree for 25 to 30 min.
