Mango ice cream

Mango ice cream

Make a quick mango ice cream at home and eat with your family and friends. This is very easy and quick recipe. I used ready made mango pulp however you can use fresh mango pulp. I used just 3 ingredients. I don’t use any food color and the color of ice cream is natural.




Ingredients:
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup whipped cream
½ cup sugar or according to your taste

Recipe:
In a bowl, mix all together into a smooth mixture do not over blend and pour an air tight container and cover with lid and freeze it 3-4 hours.
When the ice cream is half frozen remove from the freezer and whip or mix again for a minute and freeze it again 3-4.
Scoop and serve mango ice cream with Pistachios or tutti frutti.
